    OMG - This is the BEST Eggplant Parmigiana I have ever made - and I have made a lot of them.
    No need to look any further for the most delicious dish -ever.

    I was impressed with all the reviews for Eggplant Parmigiana and tried it yesterday. As I assembled all the ingredients, I discovered the 9x13 pan wasn't big enough and there was barely enough room when I poured the last of the tomato sauce on the top. My disappointment was when I sliced it and all the stacked layers fell sideways. Also there was much-to-much of the tomato sauce on the bottom. The presentation was a little sloppy, but we ate it, and it was much better than it looked. All in all it was good and tasty. It was a lot of work and I would probably not make it for company.

    My sister is the one that always makes eggplant parmigiana, yes and it taste great. But was home and wanted to make my own. I enjoy Alex's way of cooking and thought let me see what she has. Oh boy! I made the eggplant parmigiana and it was so so DELICIOUS! YES better than my sister's. Everybody loved it. It spread at work .. making another for coworkers. We are bringing different dishes. Midnight shift.. we too get hungry. Thanks Alex for a fantastic dish.

    My wife has done almost all of the cooking for the last 38 years and I am pretty new to the kitchen. She has made a pretty good eggplant parm in the past. We saw your show today (9/2/11, 11:30am et and it your recipe looked soooo good. I said I wanted to give it a try (needless to say I have never attempted to make anything like this before today. I followed your recipe step-by-step and it was the best we've ever had. I'm so proud. You're great! Thanks for the inspiration!
