ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 5 cups baby arugula

Directions

Arrange tomatoes and artichoke hearts over a bed of arugula. Whisk together the vinegar and pesto and drizzle over the salad.
