This is a very tasty meal. I used already made bread crumbs (about 1 1/3 cup which was plenty. I also had orzo and salad on the side with garlic bread. The bread crumbs and sauce aren't homemade; but the taste would suggest otherwise. Everyone enjoyed it.

This came out great! The best part is that it wasn't greasy like traditional Chicken Parm. It was also very easy to make.

A winner...hubby loved it. I cheated a little by using store bought bread crumbs, served it with zucchini sliced long ways grilled in my grilling skillet and made a pink sauce by mixing alfredo and red sauces into spagetti.

This rates right up there with the best chicken recipe I've ever tasted. It was easy to make and tasted like it came out of a five star restaurant. Way to go Ellie.

This is by far the best dish I have prepared. Moist, easy and looks like professionaly prepared. This was amazingly fast to prepare and had all the ingredients in house. Served with whole wheat angel hair spaghetti and sliced tomatoes sprinkled with basil, salt and pepper. Couldn't get enough. Certainly going to serve when company comes!
