    Loved it! The recipe is easy but tastes like you are a culinary expert. The cost is minimal as well. Thank you for this outstanding recipe. It was as easy to do as it seemed on TV.

    This was one of the best chicken dishes I have ever tasted! It was absolutely delicious! I paired this with Fresh Food Fast with Emeril Lagasse's Quick Rattatouille recipe. I would suggest cooking a long-noodle pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, angel hair, etc. and placing it in the middle of the plate and top half of it with the chicken parmesan and top the other half with the quick ratatouille; then, I would serve a thick bread, like baguette, that has been sliced and topped with butter and garlic. This is a favorite that will become a regular menu item in our household. My husband said if I keep cooking like this, I can watch all of The Cooking Channel I want!
