This was a very yummy dish. It was very easy to make. You can get more fiber into this dish by using bread with double fiber. It is lower in calories and still tastes really good. I also used 2 eggs and 1 egg white, also used original fat free creamer to sub in for the milk as I am lactose intolerant. It worked out really well and still had a great taste.
