This is a simple recipe with lots of flavor. I've used it with the chicken thighs and also with turkey cutlets. No salt or pepper needed. The turkey cutlets make great sandwich!

Very easy and wonderful. Flavor is well balanced. Not too sweet or spicy. Use chicken breasts too!

The chicken is super soft and flavorful. I return to this dish at least 3 times a month because it is simple and delicious. I serve it with Ellie's black eyed pea and spinach salad.

The maple syrup and dijon mustard in the glaze make the perfect coating for this chicken. The chicken thighs do not get dried out and taste wonderful! It is to die for! I have even used this glaze recipe on pork tenderloin, it was delicious.

I didn't have maple syrup, so I used regular pancake syrup instead. The chicken didn't have that dark, crispy sheen, but it certainly was packed full of flavor. Only 40 minutes in the oven, allowed it to rest for 15 minutes, and I got super tender, super tasty chicken. My husband thought I had marinated it for hours!
