This turkey loaf was yummy. My husband who is picky with turkey dishes loved it. You can't even taste the turkey flavor. I did have to make some changes... Instead of using tomato sauce it was tomato soup, green pepper not red and 1 1/2 pound of turkey- only because that's what I had on hand. I also cooked the pepper and onion in a pan before I mixed it in. It tasted like salsa cooked in the loaf. I forgot to adjust the ingrendients ((because it wasn't a 2 pound and the loaf was REALLY moist. Lots of good flavor even after I cooked it 1 1/2 hrs. Without a doubt I would make this again, more so after my husband loved it.
