    It was very good, used bread crumbs and greek yogurt and sea salt.
    The chicken stayed juice. I made this for my health cautions parents and they both loved it! Both of them were still nibbling on the chicken and pieces of the crust even after they said they were done
    I think that the next time cut out a little of the cayanne pepper.

    This was a great alternative to greasy fried chicken! The family enjoyed the crispy coating without any of the guilt. Delicious!
