What a great new twist in taste serving salmon. Resturaunt quality with minimal labor. I... As always deviate from an original recipe. I did add a tablespoon of prepared horseradish to the sauce as it reduced..... Okay I have to confess that I added a tablespoon of butter too. Please note that my additions were for doubled amount due to the size of the fish.
I did follow the advice of previous reviews. Due to the ultra high quality of my homegrown grapefruits... I used half the recommended amount of honey. I really enjoyed this dish. So did my beautiful girlfriend (Gidget).

I thought this was just ok. I found it really sweet, so if I make it again, I'd leave out the honey unless the grapefruit was really sour.

This is easy and delicious!! My grapefruits were super sweet so I omitted the honey.
