I've been using this recipe for years. It's from a cookbook published in 1995. She just did what I do, which is add beef. It is a great, easy, healthy recipe that my family loves. Chipolte Chili.

Very good chili I have made it several times it is extreamly tasty love the vegetables it is different from any chilli I have tasted

Easy and delicious to make! It wasn't so heavy and the flavors were there. I garnished with cubed Avocado. YUMMY!
