Meanwhile, remove rosemary sprig from sauce and add fresh basil. Add the meatballs to the sauce, cover, and cook additional 10 minutes, or until sauce has slightly thickened and meatballs have absorbed some of the sauce. I only made the sauce on this one, and it is the best sauce ever!! I appreciated the tip about freezing the chipotles. I mince, measure, and put in the ice cube tray and freeze. When hard, I put them in a freezer bag. The clumps don't stick together and are ready when I need them.
