Super tasty! I chopped the artichokes by hand and mixed them in at the end along with the spinach so the dip would be chunkier. I also used greek yogurt instead of sour cream and everyone loved it. Also great as a spread, not just a dip!

This dip was amazing and the best part was that it didn't taste "low fat!" It had all the bold flavors, yet light. Instead of using a baking dish, I put the dip in a bread bowl and put the whole thing in the oven for 20 minutes. The result was a crusty, crunchy bread that complimented the warm dip nicely! I also substituted 5 Mexican cheese blend for the mozzarella. Everyone at my Superbowl party loved it and many took the recipe home! DE-LISH!
