I really enjoyed this as it was a different type of pot pie that what I am used too. My crust was a little thick, but it was very flavorful. I made 2 extra and I felt that it tasted better after sitting for a day.

This is a great recipe! Men especially love it. I make it easier by using one casserole dish and laying a ready made piecrust over the top and let it hang over the edges. So easy. Love love love it!
