    I was interested in trying the fritters, but the directions are confusing in that the paragraph starts with sautéing onions with salt & crushed red pepper then setting it aside to cool. Nothing is ever said as to what to do with that part. Then follows the batter recipe. Very confusing overall. Please correct the directions!
