    I always have a good dinner with one of Emeril's recipes and this one was very delicious. It wasn't a dinner party only my husband and I but we both loved it. I was skeptical it would seem cheap using the bread under and ham on top of the chicken but it made the dish. The little bread under the chicken soaks up lots of the sauce and was a better idea than coating the chicken in bread crumbs and frying. My husband requested I save this recipe and make again.
