I didn't include the green beans, but I still thought this was delicious. I served it over a bed of wheat berries and my husband loved it. He normally hates eggplant, but had only compliments for this dish.

Delicious! Followed the recipe to the letter but left out the green beans. Probably better than the restaurant. Highly recommend making this if you really want the real deal. Thanx Emeril.
