ingredients

  • 2 cups (1-inch) cubed red watermelon
  • 1 cup (1-inch) cubed yellow watermelon
  • 1 cup (1-inch) cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup (1-inch) cubed honeydew
  • 2 cups pineapple wine, chilled (recommended: Tedeschi)
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

In a large bowl, combine the fruit with the wine. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Garnish with mint.
