  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon diced jalapenos
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • Salt and pepper
