    This was wonderful, and I didn't have all the fresh herbs--still delicious. Only made two changes: cut recipe in half and used chicken broth instead of water. Just greatness neither of us could stop eating it, finally had to just take the rest off the table! It WAS a lot of wrk, though,make it when , you have plenty of time....

    This recipe although it took more time than what is listed by almost an hour {first time making it ~kinda expected it} was a fab dish! The flavors were excellent. I did not have the marjorium and I used a lil old bay to help the stock to make risotto I used everything else as instructed. I would probably do this again but when I have leftover risotto so that the time would be cut down a lot.
