ingredients

  • 1 fennel bulb, halved, cored, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lemon aioli

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Fry the fennel slices until golden and crispy.

Toast the hamburger buns, then spread with lemon aioli. Add the burgers and top with arugula, fennel and cheese.
