Just so everyone knows, in St. Louis, we call them Toasted Ravioli, even though they are fried. Also, they are most often meat filled, instead of meat filled as this recipe shows. Great dish when served hot and with Parmesan cheese and marinara! Also great with warm garlic butter dipping sauce!

Are you kidding me with these raviolis. Made them for an appetizer for girls night and let's just say they didn't last very long. Definetely best eaten warm.
