    I think Giada forgot to mention one Ingrediant, that is flour! You need to dry the zucchini, dip it in flour, egg and then panko! If you dare to follow this recipe, you will be disappointed. This is a delicious recipe. Just remember the flour because if you don't the breading falls or slips off. I give it a three because it's good tasting but expensive if you follow her recipe

    This is a great tasting and easy recipe. Giada was right about those bread crumbs staying crunchy. I remember the recipe form Sundays line up and made it that Monday night for the family with help from my wife. We also made the lasagna!
