This is delicious. I normally don't care for the flavor of garlic combined with potatoes, but I like to follow recipes as written the first time I make them. The garlic in this dish just can't be left out. It makes the dish. I bought pre-grated cheeses so this was a breeze to put together. It's also just my husband and I so I split the recipe between 3 smaller casserole dishes and froze two of them. I don't think they'll be in the freezer long at all. We both loved this dish.
