    I love winter squash and thought I have had them every way. WOW, not this way. It was GREAT! I used ramicans so every one had there own pretty portion. Super easy to do and tastes so great with a pesto, I used my own sage pesto. I this it would work with any pesto including a tomatoe pesto. Thanks Giada, You All Must Try This One Out.
