Directions

Pour each shot of espresso into a mug. To each mug, add 1/4 cup of the heavy cream and 1/4 cup of the chocolate liqueur. Top each mug with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
Using an electric mixer, whip the cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and the sugar and continue to beat until it reaches the consistency of whipped cream.

    Wow!! Ok, I'm not a coffee afficianado, but with all the news about the benefits of drinking a cup or two a day I am trying to learn to drink it. I am, on the other hand, a RAGING chocoholic and this delivers the fix. So, yeah, one wouldn't want to make this a daily habit what with the liqueur and all,but it does "make the medicine go down". I served it with my chunky chocolate pecan bars and it was a hit all the way around. This will definitely go into my "go to" file for impressing dinner guests. Thanks, Giada.
