    tasty. a little too sweet for me. next time i will only add 1 1/2 tbsp of sugar to the mousse mixture. and for the cream i think i would reduce the amount of powdered sugar. i like to enjoy my desserts and if its too sweet then it ruins everything. also, adding sliced strawberries on top made it more balanced between the sweetness and bitterness of the fruit. other than that it was easy and fast to do. :)
