    I have made this recipe so many times. It comes out perfect every time! My family loves it! It is so easy to make. Like most of Giada's recipes the simple ingredients come together to make a beautiful healthy meal. It is a lovely presentation. I have made it for friends that are sick, elderly people who can't get out, families returning from vacation and they all have just loved it. I keep the ingredients on hand. Once you have made this chicken, it is an easy meal to throw together. Giada is my go to chef for healthy simple but beautiful elegant food. I think she is just brilliant. This recipe is a perfect example.

    i love dis recipe.i have been doing it for a long time now and we love it,my bf enjoy it more me.we even fight 4 the back bone.it's very nice.

    Wow easy an delicious. My husband asked if i picked it clean because he wanted every little piece. The meat also fell right off the bone.

    AMAZING flavor! I didn't follow the recipe exactly, but I was in love with the results. I suggest you put some lemon slices between the skin and the breast meat during cooking, cook the chicken in its juices instead of on a rack and baste continuously. Instead of using oranges, I used tangerines and I didn't need to use any of the chicken stalk.
