In a word: terrible. I can usually find something nice to say, but for this one I really can't. The marinade turned the halibut dark brown. UNappetizing looking. Marinated for only 1 hr; recipe says up to 4 hrs is ok. Sauce burned on foil, smoked up kitchen, made house stink. Fish was dry and sause was not appealing. I was so looking forward to making this and cannot put into words how dissapointed I was.
