Mille grazie, Giada...thanks to you, I turned this recipe into a "Portabello Lasagna". I took the basic recipe, added some cottage cheese (for more protein, used the portabellos in lieu of noodles, and made this a very tasty, low-fat/healthy, satisfying dish! :
