When I watched Giada make this sandwich, I thought "She's finally cracking up!" When I went to the grocery this week they had a lovely brie on sale so I thought "Why not". I made this sandwich for lunch today and it was incredible. My husband said he would taste mine, and he also loved it. I served it with fruit as a pickle just didn't seem right. I will be making this again.
