This was excellent and so easy to make. I added a little extra goat cheese and cream cheese for more creaminess, but will probably scale back on the goat cheese the next time........that was my fault. Still a five-star dish, though.

I first made this along with one of you pork roast my guest all called the next day for the recipe. My 8 yr old has ask for this several times he loved it. As did the rest of the family. I plan on making it for my nieces bridal shower coming up.

This so simple and so delicious! I agree with the other reviewer, very garlicky, but it did not stop my husband or I from eating the entire bowl! You can easily modify the recipe by using less garlic, however, I never have. I have made it again and again, and it never disappoints.

This is delicious!!! I made it tonight for the first time after seeing Giada make it yesterday. Really good creamy flavor without feeling too rich. I used 3 big garlic cloves and it was very garlicky, which I love, but might be too much for someone else. 2 - 3 small cloves would be enough. I used a multigrain penne pasta, but next time might even try a whole wheat fusilli - the sauce is so good it masks the pasta flavor. Definitely a winner - my husband can't wait to have leftovers tomorrow night for dinner - maybe with a little grilled chicken on top!
