I made this with chicken breasts( that's what I had because I had to try this recipe. Very delicious and my husband loved it. This is not the first recipe of Giada's that is now a family favorite. Thanks Giada, love your shows.

The Marmellata was fantastic. I would recommend eliminating the sugar though since the orange marmalade is sweet enough (for my taste. I used the leftovers on a chicken sandwich the next day and it was still really good. Will definetly make again!
