I made this last night for dinner and it was good although very salty from the olives. I cooked a half pound of spaghetti and cut the oil back to 1/4 cup and added about 3 tablespoons of butter.

Easy recipe. I thought it was a little greasy and a little bland, BUT my husband and sons loved it and requested that I make it again.

I thought this was terrific - quick, easy, and delicious! I used wheat pasta, but only had plain panko breadcrumbs on hand, so added dried Italian seasoning, also added some capers to the olives, and did cut back a bit on the evoo. With the panko, I forgot to add the grated cheese on the leftovers - and I'm a cheese junkie, so saved calories and no loss of taste.

This wasn't as tasty as I thought...I hope it has more flavor once it sets overnight, as that sometimes happens with pasta. I do have to say that I used wheat pasta, so maybe that changed the flavor.
