This recipe was fun to make, but I have made it 2 times and I failed on the couscous. It turned out gummy. BUT no fear cause the flavor of this is so great it was totally ok. My husband does not leave it alone. It just tasted so good. I spreaded it all out on a cookie sheet to let it dry out. It did a little and I just broke the couscous up as best I could. I couldnt find hazel nuts in my town so I just used pecans. The second time I also put more fruit in it 1/2 each and I added raw sunflower seeds. This snak is so good you could put any dried fruit in it and it would be good. And even gummy couscous I will keep making it
