Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into thin strips

Directions

Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and ginger in a small bowl.
