I couldn't wait to buy all the ingredients for these meatballs. I followed the recipe as directed. I used 7 cloves of garlic to the meat mixture. I did add about another 1/4 cup breadcrumbs to the meat mixture to give it a little more body. I used an small ice cream scoop to measure the meatballs. Although I baked them slightly longer than 40 minutes, the bottoms of the meatballs were more brown and crispy than what they were probably supposed to be. Next time, I'll bake them for 35 minutes. These meatballs were the BEST I've ever had! The recipe took some time to prep all the ingredients, but once that was all done, they were really easy. I'll double the recipe next time to have extra meatballs to keep in the freezer. Definitely will make these again!
