These were outstanding. Loved the toasted coconut and almonds. I like sweet and savory this is it. I don't feel like I'm spoiling my supper if I eat one while making supper. They don't harden so much that you break a tooth but don't crumble where you can only use them as a garnish for yogurt. I will be making these again and as gifts for teachers, family and friends.

I absolutely love this recipe, the bars are super easy to make and always tasty. I add 1 extra teaspoon of honey and a bit more cinnamon. I've also made them with with less cranberries and put a few dark chocolate chips on them when they were warm..yummy. I always cut them when they are warm and i've never had any problems with them falling apart. Today I'm trying them with dried pineapple and dried unsweetened coconut for a different take on them.

Easy to make, taste good! Will make again. We did substitute pecans for the walnuts. Agree with other reviewers, might add a little more cinnamon.

They were ok. If you try to taste while they are still warm they fall all to pieces. I think it needed a little more honey in it. I might try and make them again but I will change it up a bit.
They were ok I guess it just didn't wow me.

I have been searching for an easy recipe for Granola Bars. This one is perfect. They are so good! I did, however, make a few changes. I used raw cashew's instead of Almonds.
I also added more cinnamon. I made them today using a combination of dried cherries and raisins and I used Bobs Mill 5 grain old fashioned oats in place of just the plain oats. Can't wait to taste them, they should be good.
These bars are very easy to make and not sweet at all, they are just right! It is a keeper!

My only change would be to add an extra teaspoon of cinnamon (but that is just my personal taste--I enjoy a lot of cinnamon.
