    This was really good. The only thing I'd change is to do the fried, green tomatoes the way you like best. I prefer mine heavily seasoned and in cornmeal instead of panko. The tomato seems to be the star of the dish so make sure it's your favorite preparation. I'm a vegan so I veganized it with Upton Naturals seitan bacon, vegan mayo and daiya cheddar. Still delicious!!
