very good, I would make either early that morning or ONE day before. I added 1 tablespoon of mayo and 3/4 of the avacado because mine was small. I also did not have white wine vinager so I use 1 T of red wine and 2 T champagne vinager. Very creamy did for a party--everyone loved it !!!!!
