    Red Snapper or "Chillo" is the perfect taste for someone who enjoys the taste of garlic as presented by Chef Tino in this recipe. It as perfect for people who keep an eye on cholesterol levels. "Chillo" needs to be fresh. This recipe is very tastefull. Thanks again chef Tino for sharing with us. It is a blessing to have a latin chef sharing good taste.
