GREAT recipe, light, refreshing, and simply beautful on the plate. I didn't have the agave nector and it was delicious without it. The hardest part was the zesting. My boyfriend took the left overs to work. My son ate the salsa with breaded chicken cutlets. Thank you for yet another great recipe.
