    These are seriously yummy! The salsa is addictice- It's good on just about anything! This recipe is not only perfect for a vegetarian like me, but my entire family (meat eaters included couldn't get enough of these.
    While I'm sure they'd be great if you followed the exact recipe, I did alter a few things...
    I used both zucchini and yellow squash and marinated them with herbs like rosemary (seems like a strange choice but went really well! and parsley. I omitted cilantro since my mom can't stand it, but if you like it I'm sure it would be awesome. Also, I used homemade flour tortillas
