I have made this dish many times and everyone who has had it, or some form of it, has loved it. Each component is so flavorful and easy to make. The great thing about this dish is that each component can stand on its own. The tapenade has been a hit as an appetizer at football parties. I've made the tomatoes to go with other dishes and the white bean puree has become a staple that is a great alternative to starchier side dishes . Don't be discouraged if you do not have access to fresh tuna. As an angler who lives on the Gulf Coast and mainly only cooks the local catch (which includes tuna), I cannot believe what I am about to say, but the tapenade, tomatoes and puree are the real stars of this dish. I've paired this with other firm white fish and simple grilled (and lightly smoked) chicken thighs. Tuna is expensive, but you don't really need it to have a wonderful meal with these recipes.

This recipe was AWESOME!!! We loved it! The only changes I made is I added basil and thyme to the white bean puree because I have a big herb garden and love to add spices and herbs instead of just salt and pepper. Thanks Tyler for giving us such great recipes!
