This reminds of an old time Greasy Burger with a Hawiian and Asian flair with the pineapple, and spices. Excellent combination.

This marinade was DELICIOUS!!! It tastes just like the BBQ that is sold at the MALL Korean/Chinese joint or the local Korean restauant. I always get chicken bulgogi from Cafe Korea and this tasted just like it except I used diced chicken breast. If you watched the episode where Chi'lantro was featured, you saw that they did tacos. And so did I. I used cabbage salad and corn tacos (soft with a little of the Spicy mayo. DELICIOUS!!!! You guys rock and thanks for the recipe!
