I made this about 4 years ago & lost the recipe. I am sooooo glad to have found it again. I will be able to feed my grandchildren & son broccoli without them knowing it. I am blessed to have an Indian market just a block from my home. Access to the flours & spices at reasonable prices!

The roti turned out very good. You can substitute Methi leaves instead of Spinach leaves. Just one issue with the recipe. 1 cup cooked dal may confuse the home cook. You should boil 1/3 cup of dal. 1/3 cup of dal will give you about 1 cup of cooked dal.
