Outstanding salad, can't stop,eating it. Light and no ingredient was overpowering, great balance.

I made this yesterday with grilled pork chops and my 22 year old son and I just kept eating it. He just kept going back for more. I would eat this by itself and am having the tiny bit left from last night today at lunch. Absolutely delicious. I've sent this recipe to several friends and family. Love Chuck and his energy and passion for cooking.

I made this salad right after the show and LOVED IT! Chuck is so enthusiastic about what he cooks and is very inspiring. The herbs give a wonderful earthy, refreshing taste. I had it with grilled chicken, nothing else and it was delicious! I highly recommend it.
