We decided that my 80 year old mother in law would just cook the turkey and stuffing this Thanksgiving and the rest of the family would do the rest (she is the best cook on the planet. One of the things I chose to make was the Cranberry Sauce. I love Bobby's recipes so I wanted to make this one. My wife thought it was too much and wanted me to make the recipe on the bag of cranberries (1 1/2 cups sugar, water and cranberries. I made both and had the family be the judge. Unanimous for this one, including my wife. The cinnamon makes all the difference. One thing I did to lighten it even more was to use splenda instead of sugar. AWESOME!!!
