    Just made this and it turned out very nice. Not too sweet, not too tart. Extremely easy to do! The cinnamon is a very nice touch! I personally do not care for the cranberry sauce recipes with orange zest, so this one was perfect.

    Sounds good but I do the raw thing (8 minutes. I add unfrozen cranberries from pack and quartered orange with skin on to the blender and process. Then I mix in sugar to taste. Everyone likes it semi-tart. I have been asked every year for 7 years to make this easy relish/sauce. Never did the cinnamon. Might try. I am a food blogger.
