Add the chocolate to a medium bowl and set aside.
In a medium saucepan set over medium heat, add 3/4 cup water, the sugar, cocoa and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and pour the hot liquid over the chocolate. Whisk until smooth and glossy. Serve hot.
