for mommannetti, you don't have to scrape the filling from oreos to use them. just grind them in a food processor and they will be fine for the chocolate base. scraping the filling is way too much work. these were delicious. I too should have doubled the recipe. next time I will.

I made these but substituted with fat-free ricotta, fat-free cream cheese, light butter and two egg whites just because I like to eat extra healthy and they were still amazing! Anyone who tried them couldn't tell they were so low fat at all.

I made these after watching the episode and they are delicious! I was surprised how you can taste all the flavors together. I wish it didnt take as long as it did to make them but I guess the more you make them the faster it will get and I wish I would have just doubled the recipe at the start to make a dozen to begin with but they are awesome and worth the wait!

My family and friends loved this recipe. The combination of orange and chocolate was amazing. They are dainty and elegant but pack a flavorful punch. I too, could not find chocolate wafer so just scraped the filling our of oreos and use the wafers alone. Easy and delicious.

These mini cheesecakes are so very elegant and beautiful to serve your guests. I made them for my father's 90th birthday party. The colors alone had my guests talking about them. The melding of the orange, chocolate, and sweet cheese flavors had them coming back for more. Their small size makes it easy for the calorie counter to enjoy without much guilt. The most time consuming part was creating the chocolate cookie crumb crust. It wasn't hard at all, but did require careful work with the mini cupcake tin. Also, I couldn't find chocolate wafers at my store so I substituted chocolate graham cookies instead. The crusts turned out great. When done cooling, they popped out of the tin with ease.
